Check in was complicated We left one bag behind and it seemed like one of the staff members wanted to keep some our stuff, good thing we talked to security and we were able to get our things back.

Loved almost everything...
The Resort was great! Waiters and bar staff were incredible, specifically Harley and Diego. Amazing views. Food was decent. Pools were nice and clean.
Room was kinda disappointing, especially considering it was the most expensive. Many broken things in the Villa. Chair with broken legs, patio pool was cloudy and dirty, hall lights didn't work, kitchen light missing a bulb, dining light was dim and flickered, and both bathrooms had horrible shower heads and were missing the hair dryer's. Office staff was frequently unresponsive about the issues.

I loved it and my family too, the staff was just awesome.
The Villa was very clean and spacious. Loved the cats. ALL the staff was great, very, very nice and friendly. All very professional. Loved the beach. The food was great as well.
The Villa pool was not private at all, Villa #6. My room curtains were full of holes. I was at the beach waiting for a shuttle, he came and told me he couldn't take me to the restaurant because he was going somewhere else.
